How did Eighth Healer start?

We recognise many people suffer from suboptimal health because of the stresses and strains of our modern lifestyle. Eighth Healer was born because we want to share the wisdom of health maintenance in Traditional Chinese Medicine, to help you restore optimum balance to your mind and body.

What makes Eighth Healer’s teas unique?

Our teas are intentionally tailored to common lifestyle challenges. Our teas are carefully crafted by a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner with 100% natural herbs that are suitable for everyday consumption.


Does your tea contain caffeine?

All our teas are caffeine-free.

Are your products vegan-friendly?

All our products are completely plant-based and vegan-friendly.

What goes into the tea?

Just 100% natural goodness! Our products have no additives, no added sugar and no preservatives.

Are Eighth Healer’s teas safe for consumption during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Congratulations on your pregnancy! While most Eighth Healer’s teas are safe during pregnancy and while breastfeeding, our UNPLUG and NOURISH teas contain Sickle Senna Seed which has been used as a mild laxative for centuries and may cause contractions. For reasons of precaution regarding individual sensitivities, we would advise speaking to your health practitioner before taking any herbal remedies whilst you are pregnant.

How should I store the tea?

Always keep your tea in a cool, dry place. Even though our tea is individually packed in aluminium foil bag to retain its freshness, we would advise storing your tea in the fridge if you are unable to finish consuming the tea within a month.

How often should I drink the tea?

We believe self-care works best when it blends into your life. All herbs used are mild and are suitable for everyday consumption. Make yourself a cup when you feel like it.


What payment modes do you accept?

Direct payment via debit or credit card (VISA, MASTER, AMEX) are accepted.

Orders will be charged in Singapore dollars.

Do you offer refunds?

Great care is put into your order. Please check your order upon arrival for any damage.

If items have arrived damaged, please notify us with photos of the damaged part within 3 days.

Please return the original items and packages within 7 days upon notification. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us.

All items will be inspected on return. If the claim is accepted, we will arrange a new stock for exchange and provide a refund on return shipping fees.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be new and unused.

Unfortunately international orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

We use local courier company for Singapore and Hong Kong orders, and SingPost of Hong Kong Post for international deliveries.

How long will deliveries take to reach me?

Local deliveries will take about 3-5 working days from order confirmation.

International deliveries will take about 8-24 working days depends on the destination.
